Adults of any fitness level who want a focused, structured introduction to real-world self-defense — no martial arts background required.
Classes meet twice per week for 12 weeks. Each session is roughly 60 minutes of mat time.
Make-up sessions can usually be arranged within the same week. We will work with you to keep your progress on track.
