The Basic Self-defense Course:
is a training course that is designed to train students in physical exercise and in self-defense.
This course covers a broad range of basic skills from stand-up fighting to ground fighting as well as various defenses against grabs, holds, chokes, wrestling takedowns, throws, weapons, etc.
Each class features physical conditioning, self-defense training, and practical drills designed to sharpen your skills. Classes are offered Monday through Friday and they run approximately 60 minutes in duration. It is recommended that students attend 1-2 classes per week.
