Introduction to Self-defense Course: is an introductory training course that is designed to introduce students to self-defense training. Students In this course, are trained in physical exercise and in self-defense. The curriculum covers a few fundamentals as well as a limited range of basic defensive counters….

Each class features physical conditioning, self-defense training, and practical drills designed to sharpen the self-defense skills you have learned. Classes are offered Monday through Friday and they run approximately 40 minutes in duration.  It is recommended that students attend either 1  or 2 classes per week.

BASIC SELF-DEFENSE COURSE

The Basic Self-defense Course: is a training course that is designed to train students in physical exercise and in self-defense. This course covers a broad range of basic skills from stand-up fighting to ground fighting as well as various defenses against grabs, holds, chokes, wrestling takedowns, throws, weapons, etc.  

Each class features physical conditioning, self-defense training, and practical drills designed to sharpen your skills. Classes are offered Monday through Friday and they run approximately 60 minutes in duration.  It is recommended that students attend 1-2 classes per week.
